The point is whether your dog is flop-eared, etc., each breed is the result of someone's bright idea The foregoing being said, all criticisms should offer a remedy, and here are mine: 1) Bring your race to ISDRA standards and do not try to compete against an established major race. 2) Open the race to all competitors and include a "purebred" event or purse for those who do not want to compete against professional drivers. 3) Work with other race committees to estajglish a date that will encourage drivers to remain in the area. This has obvious benefits for everyone. Both Susan (a pro racer) and I (a Port Perry High School teacher for 21 years) regret that we are unable to bring dogs with names like "Chainsaw", "Clarkie", etc., to race and to entertain those of you who have supported us over the years. Sincerely Court and Susan Robinson R.R.3, Orillia, Ontario Another raffle for Debra Taylor The Scugog Chamber of Commerce is organizing a raffle with proceeds to assist Debra Ann Taylor, the Port Perry realtor injured by gun-shot in the October 20 shooting and robbery.
