The doctors have not made a decision on shut-downs, Dr. Bill Cohoon at Medical Associates said on Monday. He added the doctors will be meeting early next month and a decision would most likely be made at that time. If they decide to shut the offices for three days, Dr. Cohoon said they will give patients ample notice ahead of the closings. Commenting on the issue of health care costs in Ontario, Dr. Cohoon suggested the province should bring in fees for those who use emergency departments when they could see a physician at the office.
