In fact, if you can find your way to Greenbank on Highway 12, you'll find the recently opened Greenbank Restaurant. Open seven days a week, the restaurant offers the Japanese specialty of beef, chicken or salmon teriyaki, and tempura, a dish of deep-fried shrimp and vegetables served with rice and salad. The restaurant is operated by Jinny Chang, her husband Joung, her brother Tony and sister-in-law Miky Kwon, who ran her own restaurant in Korea for several years before coming to Canada recently.
