While the Club runs coémpetitive rowing programs for high school students throughout the year, these sessions are aimed at adults who would like to learn the basics of sliding seat rowing from a recreational or keep-fit perspective. The initial training sessions will include an introduction to rowing technique, safety aspects of the sport and an explanation of terminology used.
