Food store may need rezoning Plans by a major grocery chain to build a new . "super store" in Port Perry may have run into a slight snag. The proposal may need another re-zoning. At least that's the opinion of Scugog Township's planning consultant Jim Dyment. Mr. Dyment told the Township planning committee Monday afternoon that according to' PRR the plans for the 35,000 square foot store because loading docks and access roads at the rear of the: store are on land that is zoned refidential.
