But now those services are being threatened by your local elected officials. All this while other local gov- . ernments in the region are managing to get agreements with no such-concessions. Some public employees are even getting modest wage increases this year. _ Meanwhile, after three years of wage: rollbacks under the Social Contract, Victoria. County ponent are now facing a long list of concessions - everythirig from pay rates to overtime provisions. Your county inside and outside workers and employees of Victoria Manor would like you to know that we are not the ones making unreasonable demands during this round of contract talks.
