On Wednesday, May 8, Grade, 8 students from two local elementary schools * participated in the game show "Campus Quiz" at CHEX Studios ~ in Peterborough. Representing S.A. Cawker P.S. were Amy Davidson, Dayna Ballagh, and Grant Hooker. Their opponents from R.H. Cornish P.S. were Cortney Palleske, Colin Webster, and Paul Nguyen. : Parents, teachers, and Colin Webster. In the lower row Is the team from SA Cawker PS, from left, Dayna Ballagh, Amy were extremely proud of all competitors because of excellent sportsmanship which were evident. All participants demonstrated a good general knowledge of a wide variety of subject areas. They handily answéred questions relating to Math, Spelling, Geography, Science and Current Events. This year S.A. Cawker reigned supreme with a score of 34 - 24. We look forward to a tie-breaking match next year at this time. Congratulations to all our competitors!
