Wallace very kindly took the organ and the crowd entertained themselves with community singing, interspersed with jokes by the Rev. W. R. Tristram until the arrival of the choir. Rev. Mr. Tristram introduced the choir leader Mr. Bolingbroke, and explained that through the thoughtfulness of Mr. and Mrs. Sleep we were able to-se- cure the services of- the choir for the evening.
