In a campaign speech on a nation- wide broadcast from a Democratic rally in the Boston Garden, he said there is a "steady stream of air- planes" already flowing from - the United States to Britain. This, he de- clared, is responsible in part for the fact that the strength of the Royal Air Force is greater now than at the start of "thrée months of blitzkrieg in the air." When the additional orders contem- plated by Britain are approved, he said, they would bring Britain's pre- sent order for military planes from the United States to more than 26,000. "They will require still more new plant facilities", Mr. Roosevelt con- tinued, "so that the present program of building planes for military pur- Great Britain will not be interrupted.
