Thirfeen members re: sponded to roll call and eight visitors were present, The president, Mrs. C. Harrison, was in-charge of the meet- ing and led in the worship service, as- " sisted by Mrs. Gervan, Several items of business wer¢ up for discussion after the minutes of the May meeting were read and the report of the treas- urer was received. committee was asked to visit the par- sonage and report the necessary re- pairs. The July meeting will be held on the lawn of Mrs. E. Masters when it is hoped: the raspberries will be ripe and a social affair will take up the afternoon. The meeting was closed with prayer by Mrs. Hudgins and the Mizpah benediction repeated in uni- son. The program which followed was given by the grandmothers. Mrs, L. Mitchell gave a reading, "The Master's Call"; Mrs. H. Hudgins chose Stephen Leacock's "This Busi- ness of Getting Old" from the Read- ers' Digest; Mrs. Gervan read three short poems by Edna /Jacques from her, "My Kitchen Window"; Mrs, C.
