OBITUARY ALONZO NIDDERY After a lingering illness of over two and a half years, Alonzo H. Niddery passed away on Friday evening, July 2nd, at his home near Prospect, 2nd concession of Reach township. The late Mr. Niddery whose 68th birthday would have taken place on the last day of July, was born at En- field, Ontario, where his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Johnstone Niddery were numbered among the first, settlers of the 'district. His mother's name was Jane Meatlie, Prior to his marriage and for some years afterwards, Mr. Niddery lived at Enfield, moving to his farm home at Prospect, thirty- three-years ago. After her education in Port Perry Public and High Schools she en- tered St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, to train as a nurse, and graduated in June, 1935. a In July, 1935, she was married to Dr. C. K. Gunn. For a time they lived in Toronto; but later moved to Sum- merside, PEI After a long illness, Mrs. Gunn passed away at Gravenhurst on June 20th, 1943. .
