The meeting was opened with Mrs. Fralick in charge and Mrs. Fines reading the Scripture lesson. Mrs, C. Leach gave a splendid talk on the work of a Christian woman, Mrs, Love of Sask. gave an interesting talk on the work of the W.A. in the west. It was de- cided to have a Hallowe'en social the last of October. The last five groups will put on a supper in the near future, The meeting was then closed with the repeating of the Mizpah Benediction. The chicken supper was then served. It was prepared by five groups of the W.A. with proceeds amounting to $62. The last social evening was held at the parsonage on Thursday evening with a good attendance and all enjoyed the subject of getting the Church finished and the keeping up of a full attendance. The quiz proved very profitable and amusing, A tasty lunch was served. . Mr. Leach was the winner of two lovely cups and saucers, All will misg those pleasant evenings.
