Their motto is to get you the goods you want at the lowest pos- sible price. "Many people welcoma this new addition to the village and wonder why it would not be possible to have a complete general store where one could buy whataver they wanted at the same prices they would have to pay in the large city stores. The Munroe's decided after much consider- ation that it could be done and with the co-operation of the Wholesalers and Manufacturers they re-arranged their whole store to include a complete line of groceries, fresh fruits, fresh and cooked meats, patent medicines, gifts, smallwares and confectionery. Of course with some items they do not get enough to go around but they do try to share it out evenly with no one getting more than a fair share. When their prices are compared with the larger stores. they are found to be the same and in some cases even lowor. The reason «for this is that we are operating on a cost plus basis which makes all our prices below the lawful ceiling, Each week more new goods arrive and soon it will be possible to do all your shopping in the one store, They have brought Prince Albert a city store in the country and are do- ing their best to get whatever the peo- ple want, They have started a free de- livery service to the village and. sur- rounding district and all you have to do is phone 246 r 12 before noon each day to get your order that same after- noon, They ask everyone just to drop in adn see what they have, compare their prices with others and then shop to save.
