Miss Ruth Shaver, Home Economist, welcomed the girls, Club Leaders, Women's Institute members and friends. She was ably assisted in the day's program by Miss Florence Eadie, Director of Girls' Work, and two other Home KEconom- ists, 'Miss Flora Durnin and Miss Lucille Barber." The Club Girls spent the morning, judging classes of ~ sandwiches = for afternoon tea and flowers for a din- ing room table, and in the planning of a party. Each girl also exhibited a record book and a hostess reference file of her own making. In the afternoon, each club com- mented on their axhibit--""A table set for two", and 3 clubs also presented enjoyable and educational skits or de- monstrations on such subjects as "Packing a Week-end Bag", "Tea is Served" and "May I Present".
