A dainty lunch was served by the group and a very plea- sant social time spent, The September meeting of Oshawa Presbytery was held in the United Church on Wednesday. Our pastor, Rev. C. W. Hutton is chairman of the Presbytery this year. There were 66 men attended. Dinner was served by the ladies of the W.M.S. ' Predeceased by his wife, the former Ethel Ralph, in 1947, he is survived by his daughter Jean, Mrs. Arthur Stehr, Montreal; one sister, Maggie, Mrs, Elgin Real, Port Perry. He was predeceased: by one sister Dolly, Mrs, and Robert. Funeral services were held at the McDermott-Panabaker Funeral Chapel on Wednesday afternoon.
