In the morning the church was filled in every corner. About sixty children formed the choir and-gave fine num- bers. Rev. Wilbur Howard, Associate editor of Sunday School publications gave a most interesting and helpful address. Great credit is due Mrs, G. Strong, Miss Joan Hoskin, Mrs, Roy Taylor, and Mrs. John Venning, who trained the children's choir, At the evening service, a men's choir of some twenty-five voices under the direction of Mr. Mel McCoy, of 'Burke- ton, delighted the congregation. Rev. Mel Buttars, Pickering, delivered a very fine sermon from the subject-- "Jesus as a disturber", . On Monday evening in convection with the Sunday School Anniversary, the Greenbank Filelis ladies' class pre- sented a fine variety concert consist- ing of several readings by Mrs. Russell Rodd; solos by Mrs. Lloyd Pogue; Piang- trio and duet and voeal trio by the Couve sisters."
