This game avenged a 0-4 loss to Sutton that the Gamblers suffered a week earlier. Goal scorers for the Gamblers were Don Cochrane with 3, Tip Vipond, Ron Wallace, Turk Cornish, Mert. McKee "and Bill Gibson with one goal each, ¢This year's edition of the Green- bank-Sunderland hockey club is shap- ing up as one of the most powerful intermediate teams to play in this area for many years, Holdovers from last years' team are Jack Anderson, Bud Heard, Mert McKee, Gerry Hunter, Don Cochrane, Tom Welsh, Ralph Dusty, Johnny Hogg, Ken Mark, Ron Wallace, Doug Foster, Stew Wallace, and George Lee.
