'was held in the Parish Hall on Tues- day afternoon, Feb, 10th. The minutes were read by the secretary, Mrs. J, Whitby, and the treasurer's report by Mrs. Clarke. The next quilt to be worked on by members was displayed at the meeting. The members of the W.A. are making four quilts, one of which is completed. A quilting bee for this second quilt will be arranged in the near future. The meeting closed with the Members' Prayer and refresh- ments were served. : The Women's World Day of Prayer Service was held on Friday, Feb. 18th at the Presbyterian Church with Mrs. Cairns as speaker. This service was quite well attended, Next Sunday, February 22nd, is Girl Guide Thinking Day, the birthday an- niversary of the founder of the Scout and Guide Movement.
