Guide Company Require Leaders - The January meeting of the Guide Mothers was held at the home of Norma Gray with 14 ladies present. After the President welcomed the ladies all repeated the Guide Promise. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The treasurer gave her report showing a balance of $31.70. As our funds are so low it was decided that the telephone committee contact the Mothers whose daughters have forgotten to take their envelopes home for the 50c. a month. It was decided that 40 cartons of Guide Cookies would be pur- chased this year. There will be a Mother and Daughter pot luck supper this year instead of a banquet. Norma Gray and Dorothy Nelson will be going 'to the Frovincial Council this year as our representatives. Mrs. Webster, Guide Commis- sjoner, told us two Guide Lieu- tenants are very badly needed or she will have to close the company. We were also asked to have a committee to test girls for their badges.
