! 8 985 - 2491 ANE RAY TA Floked el Port Pee Wee's Port Perry Pee Wee Legion- aire All-Stars downed Stouff- ville 6-4 in their series opener. The series will be a two game, total goal series. Dave Gray who turned in a fantastic display of goal tend- ing kept his teammates in the game all the way. Without Davey's steady coolness under fire, the game could have gone the other way. Stouffville started strong and piled up a three to one lead at the end of the first period. Brian McNab opened the scor- ing for Port Perry with Hallett assisting. Hallett . picked - up two for Port with Kenny Irvine and Glen Sweetman adding sin- gles. The line of McNab, Hal- lett and Irvine was a going concern all evening. Port defence held up strong near the end of the game when Stouffville was pressing strong- ly for the tying goal.
