That Section 6.(10) (b) be deleted and a new section be in- serted so that Section 6.(10) (b) reads as follows: "(b) Access to loading or unloading spaces shall be by means of a driveway at least 20 feet wide contained within the lot on which spaces are located and leading to a public street or lane located within or adjoining the Commercial or Industrial Zone." 2. That Section 6.(14)(ii)) be deleted nd a new section in- serted so that Section 6.(14) (ii) reads as follows: '"(ii) that any single-family detached dwelling houses so erected, altered or used shall have a minimum of 20 feet between such dwelling." ! 3. That Section 7.(1)(e) be deleted and a new section inserted so that Section 7(1)(e) reads as follows: "(e) EXTERIOR SIDE YARD:. 'Minimum width in all Zones 80 feet. id 4.
