Wedding WARREN - EDGAR At a recent ceremony in Grace United Church, Scugog Island, the Reverend C. Gilbert offici- ated at the marriage of Vera Darlene Warren to Jack Edgar. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Warren, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. Caswell Edgar of Scugog Island. Escorted down the aisle by her father, the bride wore a white floor length gown of peau de soie, It featured a scoop neckline, an overblouse of alen. con lace, and three-quarter length sleeves. A head-dress of white satin petals held her finger-tip veil. She carried a bouquet of pink rosebuds and white mums. The maid of honor was the 'bride's sister, Miss Janet War- ren. She wore a rose lace street length dress with full skirt. Her head-dress was a silver beaded coronet. The flower girl was the bride's little cousin, Miss Joy Brayley, Osh- awa, wearing a powder blue Mr. Lloyd Moffatt of Wel-nylon taffeta dress with full skirt. Her head-dress was of white nylon, holding a short circular veil. The flower girl carried a bouquet of white and pink mums. The best man was the bride- groom's brother, Mr. Austin, Elliott, of Toronto and the ush- ers were Mr. Carl Slute, and Mr, Donald Edgar, both of Scugog.
