Rev. Phillip Romeril offic- iated and the wedding music soie and they carried nosegays of pink carnations and white chrysanthemums. Mr. Gib Goodfellow was best man and the ushers were Jim Hand, Edward Romanchuk and Robert Harrison. The reception was held in U. A.W. Hall, Bond Street in Oshawa. The train was also appliqued with lace, pearls and rhine- stones. Her headdress was a coronet of appliqued lace head- ed in seed pearls and rhine- stones, which held her finger tip veil, and she carried a cas- cade of pink roses and Eng- lish Ivy. Miss June Haynes was maid of honour, and the bridesmaids were Miss Aileen VanCanmp, Miss Carol Kozub, and Miss Lynne Grose. Flower girls were Wendy Lee and Karen Harri- son (nieces of the bride). All wore street length dresses of tourquoise blue peaue de soie, with A line flare to the skirts, sheer crystallette elbow length sleeves, together with peau de soie roll collar extending te a pointed collar at back and ac- cented with two tiny bows, Shoes to match and white gloves. Their headdresses were who also assisted, chose a pink peau de soie sheath dress ad- orned with lace and wore a three quarter length lace coat with matching hat and corsage of white gladioli petals. When leaving for their wed- ding trip to Muskoka Sands Inn, the bride was wearing a two-piece dress suit of white lace with black accessories and an orchid corsage. The bride received her edu- cation at the Blackstock High School and Lakeshore Teachers College and intends to resume teaching in Oshawa. The groom was educated in Alliston Public and Banting Memorial High School and works in the Cast. Dept. of General Motors.
