Ross Prentice has finished school for the summer and is at Douglas Point on Lake Huron working on a University pro- ject. ~ Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilson & Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Evans vi- sited on Sunday-with Marie & Grace's mother Mrs. W. O. Simpson who is a patient in Oshawa General Hospital. Messrs, Chas. and Earl Geer and Bill Kendry were fishing at I'enelon Falls on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. G. Prentice vi- sited with Mr, and Mrs. Mervin -MacCannell in Whitby on Men, evening. Mrs. John Millman visited with her sister Mrs, Fred Wil- gus in Toronto one day last week. Our deepest sympathy to the family of the late Mrs. John Webster in their great loss. It was good to see Mr. and Mrs. M. V. Cracknell at their cottage on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs, R.. Edwards visited with Mr. and Mrs. James Clarke of Ashworth on Sunday afternoon, Mr. and Mrs. Edwards accom- panied the "Couplas Club" from Utica to an evening at the Royal Alexandra, then for din- ner at the Lichee Gardens on Monday evening. Last Thursday evening Mrs. Walter Kerry, Mrs. Herman Kerry, Miss Beth Ashton and Mrs, Keith Ashton attended a shower for Miss Heather Me- tavish at the home of Mrs. Turner Forsythe, Mr. and Mrs. Edwards and boys and Marie and Sharon An- derson visited with Mrs, Ed- wards' parents, Mr, and Mrs. John Crozier in Toronto on Saturday.
