I wandered down a country road one afternoon in spring And marvelled at the Athiest-- God was in everything. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Ashton visited with Mrs, Minnie Smith of Prince Albert on Monday. Last week Mr. and Mrs. Ed- wards and boys and the Ander- son sisters were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Donald As- ling on Friday evening and on Sunday evening visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ross Evans, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Asling attended the Special Annual Ladies Night supper sponsored by the I.0.T.S. in Trinity church in Uxbridge. Mr. and Mrs. Barry Bushell and gitls of Oshawa visited her parents Mr. and Mrs, H. Ash- ton on Thursday evening. Mr, and Mrs. James Clarke of Ashworth and Messrs. Albert & Kerry Millman visited with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Asling one evening. Mr. and Mrs. Holley, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson, Mr. Angus Keppy were supper guests re- cently at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Chas. Geer. Mr. and Mrs. John Moore and children were supper guests on Sunday with her parents Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Jeffery. Mr. M. Bailey was in Chicago for a couple of days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Wilson were dinner guests with his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Wil- son of Uxbridge on the occasion of Mrs. Wilson's Birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wal- ker, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Stew- art and family spent the holiday week-end with his. parents Mr. and Mrg. Thos, Stewart. The U.C.W. will have an even- ine meeting June 2. The Utica U.C.A. and U.C.W. have accept- ed an invitation to join with us at this meeting. The U.C.W. are also planning to have their July meeting at Fairview Lodge on July 7. Mrs. George Johnstone and baby of Pine Grove, Miss Mari- lyn Graham of Oshawa, Mr. & Mrs. John Brown of Windsor were all callers at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Ray Munro last week-end. Mr. and Mrs. David Simonds and family of Toronto and Dr. and Mrs. Hertzberg and family of Dunbarton were at their Port Perry U.C. W.
