McTaggart farmed for several years at R.R. 8, Burketon and were members of Burketon United Church, being regular attenders of the church. The late Mrs. McTaggart was presi- dent of the W.A, Miss Alice Taylor motored to Cookstown last week to bring June, home after her holiday there. Mrs. R. Davey accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Sam Grant of Oshawa attended 'the Burdett- Davey Wedding in Tyrone Sat- urday evening. Mr. and Mrs. John Archer & family, Burketon motored to Sudbury Friday morning re- turning Monday. Mr. Humphrey Hewitt of Toronto being in charge of their farm while they were away. Mr. and Mrs. A. J.
