Cowan, Traffic Safety Co-| ordinator of the Ontario Prov- | incial Poljce talk on "Safety" and reviewed with interest the sound film, "The David Hall Story". This is a true account of a young fellow who is per- manently crippled and confined to a wheel chair due to an au- tomobile accident as a result of | excessive speed. Gordon McMillan, President of Seagrave Young People wel- | comed those present and con- ducted the Devotional period with the assistance of Harvey Monahan and Sylvia Wana- maker, Mrs. Harris introduced Constable Onlock of the'Whitby Police Detachment and a resi- dent of Greenbank, who in turn introduced the guest speaker, Constable Cowan travels a- round to High Schools and other interested groups and talks about "Safety".
