Mr. Orvel Stone, a resident for many years, lies seriously -ill in Port Perry hos- pitol. Two 'of Mr, Stone's sons, several grandchildren and great grandchildren still live here. We are thinking also of Mr) and. Mrs. Lawrence Nicholls whose sister Miss Doris DeNure passed away, 1 but we would like to men- tion another family whose luck seems "to have run out. They are the Norman Lyle family. Mrs. Lyle fell and broke her hip recently and Miss Laura was involved in an accident on Sun., This was U.C.W. week so 29 ladies met on Wednesday even- votional part of the meeting was led by Mrs. M.
