The Department has author- ized the Canadian Automobile Association, and through it the affiliated 'Ontario Motor League Clubs, as the issuing authority for I.LD.P.'s in Ontario. They 'will be recognized in 77 differ- ent countries. Fee for the permits, issuable to any holder of a valid driving licence, is $3.00.
