Sincere sympathy is ex- tended Mrs. Charles Smith on the sudden death of her sister Miss Phema Hooey in Toronto. . Funeral service was held at McDermott-Pana- baker Chapel Tuesday. The weather was ideal and there was an attendance of nineteen members, four Mrs. Bill Lamb conducted the worship period and open- ed the meeting with the read- ing of Psalm 23, followed by the Lord's Prayer in unison. In the absence of the Pre- sident, Mrs. Laura Wilson, vice president conducted a short business meeting. A discussion arose over at least six missing church table- cloths--the best ones.
