The bride was charming in a light blue dress, bead yoke, touched off by a dainty corsage of sweetheart roses. The groom wore the white bouttonniere. Their son Ronald and wife Marilyn Gibson were period- ically in charge of the guest book. The guests of honour, the "Gibsons" were extended best wishes from a flow of relatives, friends and neigh- bours from near and far. Special - chosen--relatives|- who poured tea included the bride's mother, Mrs. L. Sar-, gantson, bride's sister, Mrs. L. Faux 'groom's sister, Mrs. ert Couple E. Barndhart, Mrs. M. How- sam and friends, Mrs. C. Ingleton and Mrs. Lunney, who presided at a table grac: ed with a white linen cloth centred with silver candles and three-tier wedding cake. Afternoon and evening the following close friends serv- ed, Mrs. J. Forster, Mrs. G. Lehmann, Mrs. I. Parkinson, Mrs. R. Broomer, Mrs. L. Beacock, Mrs. M. Pugh, Mrs, G. Gibson, Mrs. R. Kerry and T. Rodman and Mrs. E. Mulvey with us. Owing to the absence of the president, and first vice, Mrs. Snelgrove chaired the meeting. Mrs. Smith reported 22 visits made. Mrs. M. Pugh gave an interesting portion of the Study Book following devotion. Secretary, Mrs. W. Heayn read previous minutes in- cluding receiving a healthy cheque from Mr. and Mrs. F.
