Two minutes silence was observed for the passing of the late Mr. J. Peel. Sympathy was extended to Mrs. O. Stone & Mrs. M. Howsam who each lost a brother at a recent date. Different Committees last group for Euchre in the absence of Mrs. Stone. Please note the next Euchre will be Sat. 9th Dec., 830 p.n. at the hall, but the following Euchre on Sat. Dec. 23rd will not be held on account of Christmas' being so near. There will not be a Club meeting on the Wed., Dec. 27th either. No meeting or Euchre until the new year. All are looking forward to annual Christmas dinner at Grace Church Scugog on Wednesday, Dec. 6th. Nearly 90 members have bought tic- kets so far. Head Scugog U.C.W. is catering for this dinner as they did last year. Entertainment will be held after dinner at the Club where Mrs. E.
