An appreciation note was read from the Wm. Roy Hope family including a donation in aiding serving food after the funeral regard- ing their tragic bereavement. Mrs. Beacock handed in money sold from hangers & hasti-notes. Also a helpful sum was handed in from Mr. E. Martyn for which the sec- retary was given authority to write him a thank-you note for his thoughtfulness. "A list of senior names were mentioded as -to receiving cards and gifts. } Money was also handed in for. quilting a quilt for a party. oF All were pleased -to learn Mrs. C. Newnham had return- ed home from her lengthy stay in the hospital. But all shared sympathy to Mrs. B. Snelgrove whose mother Mrs. Wm. Jeffrey had. suddenly passed away that day.
