W. Gossard Co. Ltd. The Lahor Relations Board 'conducted a hearing on March 28, 1968, and decided a vote on this matter was to * be held. The vote took place April 26,1968 and the result was: 21 Votes against the Union, 1 Abstention, and 1 spoiled Ballot.
