Draper Certificate, Gift Mr. Joe Draper, who re- cently was appointed to the position of bank manager of the new Royal Bank branch in Collingwood was featured Lion at the last regular meet- ing of Port Perry Lions Club this season. _Mr. Draper was presented a framed certificate as well as a gift, a token of appre- ciation for his excellent ser- vice to the club as a Tnprber and secretary. Mr. Draper said he had been a resident of Port Perry for seven years, and really it had been his intentions to make this place his home permanently, however, due to circumstances beyond his control things didn't work out that way.
