Se - & he ~ z Solomon-Pugh Wedding In Prince Albert Prince Albert United Church was decorated with baskets of summer flowers and ferns for the wedding of Miss Bonnie Madeline Pugh, . daughter of Mr. and Mrs. - Merlyn Pugh, Prince Albert} to Paul George Solomon, 56n of Mr. and Mrs. George Solo- man, Raglan, on Saturday, June 29th at 3 p.m. Given in marriage by her father, the bride looked love- ly in an ivory crepe empire - waisted floor length gown with lace bodice which had a scalloped neckline and scal- loped bell sleeves. The gown -had a train from the bodice. Her three-quarter length veil was held in. place by three roses made from ma- terial matching gown. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses. : The matron of honor, Mrs. Patricia Connors, friend of the bride wore an empire waisted floor length gown of green patterned sheer over apple green taffetta. She -carried a cascade of yellow 'mums. : The ceremony was con- ducted by Rev. Alec Rice. Mr. Kenneth Wilson, Port Perry, was best man. The ushers were Mr. Wayne Pugh brother of the bride and Mr. John Solomon, brother of the | groom, : The music was rendered by Mrs. Bruce Snelgrove at the organ and her daughter Jean at- the piano. The groom's mother wore a pale turquoise sleeveless dress with rose applique. She wore a matching coat with matching accessories and a yellow carnation corsage. For travelling to Lake Sim- a long-sleeved A-line dress of navy and white flowered voile with navy and white accessories and an orchid corsage, The happy couple are now living in Raglan. 19 Attend Annual Picnic About 75 descendants of the late William McLaughlin and -Hannah Marlow met at Cartwright Park on July 14 for their annual picnic.
