A continuous flow of trays mave. slowly through the oven and by the - time they reach the other end, tarts are baked and continuously move on a long conveyor system for cooling. The stuffing of tart tins is done by hand, and in the two top pictures are Mrs. Doreen Enns and Mrs. Nellie Popert busily occupied with the job. The filling of the tarts is dome by a machine and operating the machine is Miss Sharyn Short. The three ladies at bottom right are packaging the finished product for the Ontario Mar- ket.
