A continuous flow of trays mave. slowly through the oven and by the - time they reach the other end, tarts are baked and continuously move on a long conveyor system for cooling. The stuffing of tart tins is done by hand, and in the two top pictures are Mrs. Doreen Enns and Mrs. Nellie Popert busily occupied with the job.
