Fiddler on the Roof comes to Town Hall Enjoy one of the best-loved musicals of all time this summer when Cadenza Productions stages ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ at the his- toric Town Hall 1873 in Port Perry. Banking on the success of last year’s hugely popular ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, Cadenza has assembled a Who’s Who of talent from throughout the Region for the show, run- ning July 6 - 22. ‘Fiddler’ features such songs as the exu- berant If I Were a Rich Man’, the haunt- ing ‘Sunrise, Sunset’, and the high-spirited ‘Matchmaker, Matchmaker’. ome of the stellar cast are Heather McCullough, fresh from rave reviews as the Narrator in Scugog Choral Society’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’, award-winning actor/singer Phil Cook as Tevye the Milkman, and Mary Delaney best known locally as the Bag Lady from ‘Little Shop’ who stopped traffic in Port Perry last summer. Town Hall 1973 is located on the corner of Queen and Simcoe Streets in beautiful downtown Port Perry. Tickets are $20 and may be reserved by calling Henshall’s Clothing & Gifts, 905-985-1965.
