Scugog artisans throw out welcome mat for Spring Studio Tour The talents of Scugog Town- ship artists and artisans will be on display for all to see at this year’s launch of the Scugog Spring Studio Tour. “This year’s theme should en- tice visitors It was Bonnie, along with friends and fellow artists Carey Nicholson and Patricia Neal who conceived the idea of a studio tour in 1999, and it has grown each year.
