The following parts of unopened road allowances as more particularly described as follows all" and singular that certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Reach in the County and Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of the ynopened original road allowance were" particularly described as follows: Firstly: That part of the unopened original road allowance lying between Con- cessions ten and eleven bounded on the west by the easterly limit of the opened road allowance between Lots 18 and 19 in the 11th concession and on the east "by the westerly limit of an abandoned railway lands funning through lot 21 in the said concessions, - Secondly: That part of the unopened original road allowance lying | between Con- . cessions 9 and 10 bounded on the west by the easterly limit of the opened road allowance between lots 18 and 19 in the 10th concession and on the east by the westerly limit of an abandoned railway lands running through lot 20 in the said concessions. Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Reach enacts as follows: Whereas the Reeves and Council of the Corporation of the Township of Reach deems it in the public interest to close up the previously described portions of road. And whereas no person is deprived of ingress or egress to and from his or her land or place of residence. And whereas notice of this By- law has been published once a week for four consecutive weeks, namely May 28th, June 4th, 11th, and 18th, 1970 in the Port Perry Star a weekly newspaper, published and circulated in the Corporation of the Village of Port Perry. They will be picked up _at the school at 6:30 by bus and taken to the Union. Station, by train then to London where buses will take them to visit the Kellog factorv and then in to Story Book Park, which I'm sure they will all enjoy very much.
