Mrs. Gordon Walker, Susan and Kevin of Hepworth spent a few days last week with her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. Ianson. Debbie Lee went home with them for some holidays. Sorry to report Mrs. Reg. Foster is a tient in Port Perry Community Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tom- linson were in the village over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. George Stone lar and encircled with dark purple velvet sash and bow. She carried yellow daisies. The bridesmaids Laura de Haas, Mrs. Kathleen Wanna- maker, & Linda Heayn were attired in a similar style and material but yellow predo- mirating and having yellow sashes. They carried blue daisies. The - twins Kathy McLellan & Kevin McLellan were flower girl and ring- ed in a robin's egg blue coat dress trimmed with beads & sequins, had matching acces- sories and wore a wrist cor- sage of pink carnations. A hot dinner and reception followed at Club Annrene. Mr. Clifford Redman was Master of Ceremonies. Fol- lowing dinner the bride's brother, Ross, with his Judas Rock Band entertained with a few lively numbers. were given a surprise party to celebrate their anniver- sary by a number of rela- tives and friends on Satur- day night. Miss Debbie Lappin is vis- iting with relatives in South- ampton for a couple of weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Fairman and family have returned from a holiday at Graven- hurst and other northern points, Obituary GREGG, ROBERT JOHN Robert John Gregg passed away at the Port Perry Com- munity Hospital, July 3, 1970. He was the second son of the late Robert Gregg and: Annie Graham of Greenbank. Mr. Gregg, for many years, had been a sales-clerk with the White Wholesale Hard- ware, Toronto. His first wife, Margaret Healey, daughter of the late William Healey of Enfield, predeceased him in 1935. In 1950 he married Mabel Johnson Buckner. He is survived by his wife, now in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Toronto, and by sisters, Hazel and Eva of Port Perry. Mr. Gregg was a member of the Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, Toronto.
