K. Hadley parked the team with a hat trick, Vanshagen assisting on.one and picking up one ...goal as well, assisted by P. Wackett. Other scorers were S, Taylor and L. Cooke with 2 each, 'R. Elliot drew an assist on Cooke's 2nd goal. Singles were notched by K.- Wililams from T. Ashbridge and L. Page unassisted. Minden's "only tally came from D. Stouffer from A. Trepander, was in net for the locals, The final game of the day for the Port Boys was action packed. By this time the local team was getting used _to the smaller ice surface. They took on Lindsay and shaded them 7 to 5. Port jumped to an early lead and banged in 4 first period goals. Lindsay cracked in 3-unanswered goals in the 2nd period, making it 4-3. Early in the third period L. Cooke scored on a hot drive. Lindsay came back min- utes later on a nice passing play. P. Martha from D. Webster and T. Lucces. C. C. Vanshagen then took a pass from P.
