He outlined the various types of credit available, and the purposes for which each was intended. These included-- short term, intermendiate term, and long term credit. Mr. Arnold particularly em- phasized the importance of 'a producer not exceeding debt repayment capacity in the use of credit, and the importance of using credit wisely for productive pur- poses. !
