The first game between the Clubs and the Dozers was a wide open affair with the Clubs gaining: the victory through their 'ability - to capitalize * on scoring chances. Ross Sutherland had given the Pintos a 1-0 lead in the first period, but Dave Gray forced the over- time as he tied the score late in the game, In the overtime period, it was Dave Gray again on a set-up from Ken Nightengale to give Rebels the win.
