The new-building complex will be constructed on the athletic grounds, fronting on Parkside Drive and running parallel to Franklin Street. The building will be approximately 165 feet long by 55 feet wide. It will ~-contain a full size 25 meter, heated swimming pool. This means that the pool size will be approximately 82 feet 5 inches by 42 feet. The facilities in the build- ing will include change rooms and showers, two standard size squash and hand ball courts and- a mezzanine hall approxima- tely 30 feet by 50 feet which will serve as an observatrion area for swimming and squash.
