'NOTICE SANITARY SEWER LATERALS The Village of Port Perry has been advised by the Ontario Water Resources Commission that all persons who own property that is servicable by the present sewage system and that is not presently serviced by a sanitary sewer lateral should make application for the installation of same at the municipal office . . . on or before May 15, 1972 Notice is hereby given to all property owners within the Village of Port Perry that they ensure that sewer laterals have been installed to all lots ~. that comply with the provisions of Zoning By-Law Number 1627 of the Village. t Persons who desire the installation of the sewer lateral and who fail to take advantage of this opportunity will have to pay the actual cost of installing the sewer lateral from the sewer main to the property line which is estimated to be approximately $600.00.
