No. 5, "Sunderland. on Wednesday, October 4th, with 41 lands being plowed. This plowing match is sponsored each year by the South Ontario Plowmen's Association. Mr. ~~ Hugh Baird, President, and Mr. Don Dunkeld, Secretary- Treasurer, and the various committees, did an excellent job in choosing the site for the~plowing match, and in* carrying out the details. The plowing match was brought to a conclusion with a banquet in the Greenbank United Church, at which the various prizes and trophies were presented.
