She lived at 493 Rosmere St., Oshawa. The former Constance (Connie) Doreen Reader was born December 6, 1933 in Scugog Island, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Reader of Scugog Island, where she was married August 1, 1959. She had resided in Oshawa for the past 21 years. She had worked at General Motors' office for 22 years. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Bernard Charlton; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Reader of o Neo \ ole \oge Xs Lode Scugog Island; one sister, Lynda Reader of Port Perry; two brothers, Gilbert Reader of Oshawa; William Reader of Port Perry; and grand- parents. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Reader of Port Perry. Mrs. Charlton was in the Armstrong Funeral Home. Service in the chapel Tues- day at 1:45 p.m. Interment in Mount Lawn Cemetery. Rev.
