Juveniles down Uxbridge in two encounters The Grieve's Gulf boys downed Uxbridge last Thursday night 8 - 5. It was Don Phinney from Gary Lefort to open the scoring. Lefort scored the second from Dale Bronson and Tom Tenneyson. Aldred for Uxbridge scored to end 1st period. In the second period it was Lefort from Bob Young and Bronson. Gary Shill from . Jamie McNab and Dave Jackson. Lefort came through with a hat-trick with assist going to Bronson and Rick Prosser. Bronson from Lefort for the 4th goal of this period before Klannan score Uxbridge second. In the third period it was Young from Bronson and Lefort fo open the period then Phinney with his second of the night from Shill. Aldred, Lennox and Klannan finished the 'scoring in this period for Uxbridge. There were 14 penalties in this game; 8 for Port Perry, 6 for Uxbridge. Sunday last the Juveniles Gulf Boys visited Uxbridge to end their series until play-offs and came home with a 6 - 3 win. It was Tom Tenneysen from Bob Young to open the season. Then Lawles and Lennox scored for Uxbridge to end the 1st period. In the second it was the Gulf Boys as they scored 3 unanswered goals. Lefort picked up two goals with assists going to Bronson and Young. Young picked up the third with Bronson picking up another assist.
