On Tuesday morning a call was received from the West Shore Marina on Lake Scu- gog. Thieves had entered sometime during the night by forcing a door on the west side of the building. An g-track car stereo and $30.00 to $40.00 in cash were taken in the break-in. Another break-in was re- ported at the Gabrowski cottage at Lot 15, Carnegie Beach. Scugog Island. Stone Real Estate Bantams, 9:7:2 over regular season play, travelled to Stouffville on Thursday and were defeated 5 - 1 in the 1st game of the playoffs. Stouffville built up a 4 - 0 lead before Port got on the scoreboard early in the 3rd period. Scoring for Port Perry was Greg Tully on a breakaway pass from John Hadley. Stouffville finished off the scoring with a goal late in the game. Although the score indi- cated a one sided game, competition between the 2 teams has been close throughout the season.
